Dates and DeadlinesAugust 6, 2009 PAYMENT DUE DATE. Payment via PAWS must be completed or fee bill remittance forms and payments must be received by this date. August 31, 2009 Last day to drop courses without receiving a 'W' grade. September 2, 2009 Last day to add courses. University Fee Refund Schedule For Schedule Changes/Cancellations and Resignations *PAWS will not be available for continuing registered students from 4:30 p.m., Friday, August 21, until 7:00 a.m., Monday, August 24. A special refund schedule for federal financial aid recipients is available upon request in the Office of Student Aid and Scholarships or the Office of the University Registrar. Resignation November 6, 2009 Final date for resigning from the University and/or dropping courses If you complete registration and decide by the last day to drop or resign not to attend LSU, you must report to your dean's office to initiate the procedure to resign from the university. Resignations are part of your permanent record and appear on your transcript.
